By the means of our 'Terms of Service' on checkout, you are providing verifiable proof you are of legal age. Jilly Wines reserve the right to request identification prior to and/or upon delivery of your product.
All content on Jilly Wines is subject to our terms and conditions. By using our website you have agreed to abide by the same.

All content on Jilly Wines is held under copyright by Jilly Wines and is protected under Australian law. Content from publications and suppliers outside of Jilly Wines used under license, may not be reproduced without written consent from Jilly Wines. Acceptable use of content may apply for original content displayed on Jilly Wines in unaltered form for non-commercial use.

CURRENCY
All prices quoted on this website are in Australian Dollars. All prices listed are GST inclusive.

ERRORS AND OMISSIONS
Whilst every care is taken to provide information that is valid, clear and accurate at time of publication, Jilly Wines acknowledge that errors may occur. As specials, policies, price points, dates, conditions, and information are continually changing, AB&D reserve the right to revise our content at any time to ensure the information we provide to all customers is as accurate as humanly possible. We offer no warranty or guarantee on information found to be containing errors or omissions.

Content within Jilly Wines may contain links to external sites. Jilly Wines accepts no responsibility for content published on external sites, and accepts no liability for the content of any linked provider.

Copyright of content provided under license to Jilly Wines by third parties, is owned by that third party and may not be reproduced without permission from said third party. It is not permissible to reproduce any content from Jilly Wines or any of the aforesaid IP for commercial, educational or private use without express permission in writing from Jilly Wines. Any improper use as defined under copyright law is strictly prohibited and will be prosecuted.

PASSWORD SECURITY
Password security is the sole responsibility of the Jilly Wines visitor and member.
Jilly Wines accept no responsibility for access gained by others to your personal information, including but not restricted to information pertaining to your identity or credit card, through the owner of these details not exercising reasonable caution and security against theft or misuse. It is the responsibility of visitors to the website to ensure the privacy of their own password.
Jilly Wines encourage our members to change their passwords on a regular basis, and to use alphanumeric combinations.

PRICING ERRORS
In the event of a product inadvertently appearing on the website at the wrong price, Jilly Wines reserves the right to cancel or decline orders for the product at the incorrect price, even if a credit card has already been debited. In the event that a credit has already been take, Jilly Wines will notify the buyer and refund the price of the product immediately.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All products are sold on a ‘while stocks last’ basis, if an order has been placed after the requested product has sold out, the buyer will be contacted with the option to take delivery of a product of at least equal quality or a full refund.

DELIVERY
Jilly Wines will always endeavour to deliver wine to buyers in as little time as possible. Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery to be made. Remote areas may take slightly longer for obvious logistical reasons. Once an order has been dispatched from the winery to its original destination, any changes to that destination or redirect requests made by the customer are the responsibility of the customer and not of Jilly Wines.

DRY AREA RESTRICTIONS
Jilly Wines will not delivery to any area deemed a dry zone under Australian law, Please do not attempt to order to these areas as they will be refused.

RISK
Any risk of damage, deterioration or loss is passed to the customer when receiving delivery.

CANCELLATIONS
All customers have the right to cancel their order for up to seven days from when the order is placed. If the product has already been delivered, Jilly Wines will arrange for the products to be picked up. Products must be returned in an ‘as new’ and saleable condition.

RETURNS
Should wine need to be returned, the buyer is responsible for shipment of the wine. Until the wine is returned, the buyer is liable. Wine should be returned in its original box and packed to avoid breakages while in transit.

REFUNDS
All refunds will be transacted within 30 days of Jilly Wines being notified and confirmation has been received that the wine has been returned in saleable condition.

FORCE MAJEURE
Jilly Wines will take no responsibility for inability to supply for reason of events that are beyond reasonable control. In the event of a delay of supply the consumer will be contacted with an expected time frame of delivery. If Jilly Wines is prevented from delivering for an extended period of time, either party may cancel the order without liability to the buyer.

WARNINGS
Jilly Wines supports the responsible consumption of alcohol, excess consumption of alcohol may be harmful.
Full cartons of wine can be heavy, Please transfer bottles individually if you are unsure about the weight. Red wine will stain if spilt or dropped.

MINIMUM AGE OF DELIVERY

Jilly Wines operates under a NSW Producers Licence, to buy wine from the website the buyer must be over 18 years of age, verifiable by ID and specify a domestic shipping address within Australia. By placing an order with Jilly Wines, the buyer confirms that they are over the age of 18 and it is legal that they purchase Alcohol. Jilly Wines is required under NSW law to request your date of birth upon ordering, this information is kept for legal reasons only. The courier delivering the wine will check identification; wine cannot be delivered to a buyer unable to prove they are of legal age.

SPECIAL OFFERS
Jilly Wines reserve the right to terminate a special offer at any time without prior notice

VIRUSES
Whilst Jilly Wines is extremely careful with files uploaded to the site, Internet security is your responsibility and we fully endorse the use of virus protection software on your computer.

OVERSEAS DELIVERY
Due to Liquor Licensing laws, we are currently unable to sell internationally. Orders can only be shipped within Australia.

PROMOTIONS
Jilly Wines reserves the right to end promotions at any time. Coupons cannot be added retroactively and must be applied by customers at checkout.

NSW
New South Wales Liquor Act 2007. It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years.
VICTORIA
Victoria Liquor Control Reform Act 1998: It is an offence to supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years (Penalty exceeds $7,000), for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor (Penalty exceeds $600).
Under the Liquor Control Act 1988, it is an offence: to sell or supply liquor to a person under the age of 18 years on licensed or regulated premises; or for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase, or attempt to purchase, liquor on licensed or regulated premises.
SOUTH AUSTRALIA
Liquor Licensing Act 1997, Section 113. Liquor must NOT be supplied to persons under 18.
QUEENSLAND
Under the Liquor Act 1992, it is an offence to supply liquor to a person under the age of 18 years.
WESTERN AUSTRALIA
Under the Liquor Control Act 1988, it is an offence: to sell or supply liquor to a person under the age of 18 years on licensed or regulated premises; or for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase, or attempt to purchase, liquor on licensed or regulated premises.
