Story

The Nebbiolo was destemmed into open top fermenters, and hand lunged daily. It was left to macerate on skins for 4 weeks before being basket pressed to old french barriques. The result is a wine that leaps out of the glass with berry aromatics and notes of spice: light, bright and easy.
